Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for most locations across India. Remote or hilly areas may take up to 7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499 — Free shipping
• Orders below ₹499 — ₹49 flat shipping charge

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order ID and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only. As Makhana is a food product, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
